What counts as an "editor seat"?
Each person who downloads and logs into the Syncoy desktop app uses one seat. You can deactivate and re-assign seats freely.
Is there a trial for paid plans?
Basic and Pro start with a 7-day free trial — we collect your card but only charge on day 7 unless you cancel. Max is direct purchase (no trial) — agencies on Max get instant access and dedicated onboarding from day one. All plans can be cancelled anytime.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, NetBanking, and wallets — powered by Razorpay. International cards are supported for non-Indian customers.
Do you offer annual pricing?
